Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 February 2026 PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING FRGE. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE FRGE. 1. PARTIES AND GOVERNING ENTITY FRGE ("the App", "the Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by 3LB L.L.C-FZ, registered in Dubai, UAE,, registered in England & Wales. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operating entities. 2. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 14 years old to use FRGE. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 14 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate age requirements. 3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree NOT to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; share false, misleading, or harmful information in community features; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access source code; use automated systems to scrape data or overload our servers; harass, bully, or threaten other users; post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights; resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the Service; manipulate workout data to gain unfair community advantages. Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban at our sole discretion, without refund. 5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT By posting content (workout cards, photos, captions, community posts), you grant FRGE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All FRGE branding, logos, software, algorithms, exercise databases, UI design, coaching systems, periodisation logic, and related intellectual property are owned exclusively by 3LB L.L.C-FZ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. 7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES FRGE integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), Stripe, and our AI coaching provider. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. 8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance. 9. TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRGE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (i) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; (iii) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION; (iv) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR SIMILAR ISSUES; (v) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT; (vi) PHYSICAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON EXERCISE RECOMMENDATIONS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO FRGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 11. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FRGE and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right; (iv) any content you submit. 12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) courts, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in the United Kingdom, Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation for 30 days before formal proceedings. 13. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Billing Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and FRGE regarding the Service. 15.
