3LB L.L.C-FZ ("FRGE", "we", "us") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use FRGE.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
Personal Information: name, email address, date of birth, phone number (optional), profile photo (optional). Physical Data: body weight, height, sex. Training Data: workout logs, exercise performance, sets, reps, weights, rest times, session durations, RIR feedback, energy levels, soreness ratings. Body Composition: weight logs, progress photos (if uploaded). Health-Related Data: AI coach conversations, cardio logs, recovery metrics. Device Data: browser type, device type, IP address, usage patterns. Payment Data: processed by Stripe — we do NOT store card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details. Community Data: posts, captions, workout cards shared publicly.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
To provide and personalise the Service: programme generation, progression algorithms, AI coaching, recovery recommendations. To process payments via Stripe. To generate community features: verified workout cards, leaderboards. To improve the Service: anonymous aggregate analytics. To communicate: service updates, security alerts. To enforce Terms: detect abuse, prevent fraud, maintain platform integrity.
3. AI COACHING DATA
Your training data is sent to our AI provider's API to power the AI Coach. Data is sent in summarised form (not raw logs). our AI provider does not retain or train on your data per their data processing terms. AI coaching responses are generated in real-time and not stored by the AI provider.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Storage) servers. Firebase complies with SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We implement Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access. No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. DATA SHARING
We do NOT sell your personal data. We do NOT share data with advertisers. Data may be shared with: Stripe (payment processing only), Firebase/Google (infrastructure), Law enforcement (if required by law or court order). Anonymous, aggregated statistics may be used for research or marketing.
6. DATA RETENTION
Account data: retained for the duration of your account. Training logs: retained until you delete your account. Payment records: retained for 7 years for tax/legal compliance. Community posts: retained until you or an admin removes them. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: Access your personal data. Rectify inaccurate data. Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"). Port your data to another service. Object to processing. Withdraw consent. Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
For GDPR (EU/EEA/UK) users: our legal bases for processing are consent (account creation), contract performance (providing the Service), and legitimate interests (improving the Service, preventing fraud).
For CCPA (California) users: you have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
For UAE PDPL users: we comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
8. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
FRGE uses localStorage and sessionStorage for app functionality (preferences, session data, cached workout state). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Firebase may set authentication cookies.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
FRGE does not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence, including the US (Firebase servers), UAE, and UK. Such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
